The tropical pool is only a short walk away and has many lounge chairs to enjoy the Texas breeze. -These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-Sound machine in each bedroom with disposable earplugs provided
-Medium sized Animal crate

-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-We ARE pet friendly with an additional $25 pet charge per stay. You are responsible for picking up any pet waste in the provided waste bags. Please dispose of outside. You are responsible for any damage caused by the animal and there will be a $50 fine if you do not pick up your pet’s waste.

Guest access
You will access the property with a door code provided on check in day. There are 2 parking spaces provided. One directly in front of the gate and the second in the parking lot adjacent. The spots are numbered with the unit number.
Other things to note
Pets are allowed for a $25 charge. You will be fined $50 if your pet's waste is not picked up and disposed of. No pets on the furniture or beds. A crate is in the master closet to avoid mishaps.

A colorful bungalow just minutes away from the Gulf of Mexico on beautiful North Padre Island in Corpus Christi.  This townhome offers privacy and spacious living with all the amenities you will need at this home away from home.  It offers a fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.  You have a private patio to relax in the evenings after a long day at the beach. The complex does provide a pool available to residents and guests only.

We enjoyed the property. It was nice, clean and in a good location.

Great little place to spend a weekend. Close to all areas of interest and a spectacular view in the morning for a little tea on the back patio.

Very close to the river. Beautiful view. We were there in January. Thinking about coming back in the summer.
